1. Accepting these terms

By browsing this site or placing an order you accept the terms below, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not order.

2. Made-to-order products

Everything we sell is printed on demand after your order is placed. Small variations in colour, print position and fabric shade are a normal part of that process and are not treated as faults. Anything beyond normal variation is covered by our guarantee.

3. Product descriptions and images

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Screens differ, so colours on your device may not match the printed garment exactly. Size charts are given in inches with a tolerance of roughly one inch either way.

4. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Obvious pricing or typographical errors may be corrected even after an order is placed; if that happens we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund. We may limit quantities or retire a product at any time.

5. Orders and payment

Payment is taken in full when you order, because production starts immediately. By ordering you confirm that the payment method is yours and the details you have given are accurate. An order confirmation is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance — we may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or a product we can no longer produce.

6. Cancellations and changes

Orders can be changed or cancelled free of charge any time before they enter production. Once printing has begun the item exists only for you and can no longer be cancelled. See the Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery windows are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, but our guarantee still covers items damaged in transit and parcels that never arrive.

8. Returns and refunds

Your rights to a reprint or refund are set out in full on the Refund & Returns Policy page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All artwork, illustrations, photographs, text, the Tazvero name and the Tazvero logo belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, resell, print or redistribute our designs, in whole or in part, without written consent. Buying a tee buys you the tee, not the artwork on it.

10. Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the site, place fraudulent orders, or use the shop for anything unlawful. We may refuse service to anyone doing so.

11. Accounts

If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for activity under your account. Tell us if you think it has been compromised. We may suspend accounts used abusively.

12. Reviews and anything you post

Reviews and messages you submit must be your own and must not be unlawful, abusive or infringing. By posting, you allow us to display and quote that content on the site. We may remove anything that breaks these rules.

13. Third-party services

We rely on outside providers for payments, printing, delivery and analytics. Their own terms apply to their part of the journey, and we are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.

14. Disclaimers and liability

We provide the site as it is and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

15. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, extreme weather, strikes, power or internet outages, or government action. We will always tell you what is happening and offer a refund where delivery becomes impossible.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Tazvero operates, and disputes will be handled by its courts. Before anything formal, please contact us — almost everything is solved by one email.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies to that order. The date below shows the current version.
