    Two things that speed everything up

    • Your order number. It is in your confirmation email and under Orders in your account.
    • A photo, if something looks wrong. One close-up of the problem and one of the whole item is all the proof we ask for.

    When you will hear back

    We answer in the order messages arrive, Monday to Friday. Expect a reply within 1 to 2 business days; during launches and holiday weeks it can stretch to three. If you have not heard from us after that, send a nudge — occasionally a message gets caught by a spam filter, and we would rather get two than none.
