Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect the minimum we need to print and deliver your order, we do not sell your data to anyone, and you can ask us to delete it. The long version is below.
1. Who we are
Tazvero operates the shop at tazvero.com and is responsible for the personal data described on this page. Our contact details live on the contact page.
2. What we collect
- Order and contact details — name, shipping address, email, and phone number if you choose to give one.
- Payment information — processed directly by our payment providers. We can see that a payment succeeded and the last digits of a card; we never receive or store full card numbers.
- Order history — what you bought and when, so we can fulfil, support and honour our guarantee.
- Account details — if you create an account, your username and a securely hashed password.
- Messages you send us — including any photos attached to a returns claim.
- Technical data — IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected through cookies and basic analytics.
3. Why we use it
- To produce, pack, ship and track your order — we cannot do any of that without an address.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds, reprints and warranty claims.
- To send transactional email such as order confirmations and shipping notifications.
- To send marketing email only if you opt in, with an unsubscribe link in every message.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse of our store.
- To understand which pages and products work, so the shop keeps improving.
4. Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and login working — the site cannot function without them. Analytics cookies tell us, in aggregate, how the shop is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser at any time; essential ones being blocked will break checkout.
5. Who we share it with
Only the partners who make the shop run, and only with what they need: our payment providers, our print and fulfilment partners, shipping carriers, our email and hosting providers, and our analytics provider. Every one of them is bound to use the data solely to provide their service. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We will disclose data if the law genuinely requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of those providers operate outside your country, so your data may be processed abroad. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards offered by the provider’s own data-protection commitments.
7. How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Support conversations are kept for up to two years so we can pick up a thread if you write again.
8. Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate details corrected.
- Ask us to delete your data, where we are not legally obliged to keep it.
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time.
- Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
Write to us through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first — that protects you, not us.
9. Security
The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS, access to order data is limited to the people who need it, and payment data never sits on our servers. No system is perfect, so if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the relevant authority promptly.
10. Children
Our shop is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data we will update this page and move the date below. Material changes will be announced on the site.
