Yes, one code per order, entered in the cart or at checkout. Codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order that has already been placed.

Two stages: production takes 2 to 5 business days, then delivery is roughly 2–5 business days within Vietnam, 6–12 across Southeast Asia and 10–20 for the rest of the world. Full detail on the Shipping Policy page.

Yes, to most countries. Rates are calculated at checkout from your address and basket size.

A tracking link is emailed the moment your parcel leaves the studio. Allow 24 to 48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Usually not — scans can go quiet mid-route. But if nothing moves for 10 business days domestically or 30 internationally, contact us and we will treat it as lost: free reprint or full refund.

Yes, if the label has not been printed. Message us as soon as you notice and we will correct it.

Every product page has a size chart in inches. The most reliable method is to measure a tee you already like across the chest and match the width. Between two sizes? Size up — our cuts are relaxed rather than fitted.

Cold machine wash on a gentle cycle, inside out, mild detergent, tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print and skip the bleach. Treated that way the print outlasts the shirt.

Not with normal care. Cracking is almost always caused by high heat — hot washes, hot dryers, or an iron straight onto the design.

Expect a small amount of shrinkage in the first wash, which is why we recommend cold water. It is well within the tolerance on the size chart.

Message us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You choose a free reprint or a full refund. No restocking fee, and if we need the item back we send a prepaid label.

Made-to-order items cannot be resold, so buyer-remorse returns are not something we can refund. Write to us anyway — we will help you get the size right and see what we can do.

We issue them within 2 business days of approving a claim; your bank then takes about 3 to 10 business days to post it.

Free of charge any time before it enters production. Once printing has started the item exists only for you and cannot be cancelled.
